Booking is easy using either of the two methods outlined below.

Book direct and you will receive the best online rates available, and you will also receive up to 100€ in free food and drink vouchers.

Please note, we currently require that all guests pay a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.  You would then pay the balance on arrival in either cash or travellers cheques.  Should you prefer to pay the entire amount at the time of booking or in advance of your arrival then this facility is only available over the phone.  See instructions below for booking by phone.

When you make your booking you will receive an accommodation voucher by email.  This document should be presented at check-in.

Book by Phone

To book by phone call our UK number 020 3286 1040 or from the Republic of Ireland 0044 20 3286 1040 (calls charged at standard UK rate).  Our out of season opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 3pm UK and Ireland time.  If you call outside these hours then please leave a message on the voicemail service provided.  Rest assured that we promise to answer all calls within a maximum of 24 hours.  If you call within office hours but are unable to get through then it is likely that the lines are busy, so either leave a message or try again a short time later.

If you are calling to make a reservation, please ensure that you have your credit or debit card to hand.  You will be asked to pay a 10% deposit at the time of booking, and you will also need a valid email address so that we can send you the relevant documentation to confirm your booking.  It is also possible to pay the entire balance over the phone instead of the 10% deposit (this facility is not available with online booking).
