Booking is easy using either of the two methods outlined below. Please note, we currently require that all guests pay a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. You would then pay the balance on arrival in either cash or travellers cheques. Should you prefer to pay the entire amount at the time of booking or in advance of your arrival then this facility is only available over the phone. See instructions below for booking by phone. Our out of season opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 3pm UK and Ireland time. If you call outside these hours then please leave a message on the voicemail service provided. Rest assured that we promise to answer all calls within a maximum of 24 hours. If you call within office hours but are unable to get through then it is likely that the lines are busy, so either leave a message or try again a short time later. If you are calling to make a reservation, please ensure that you have your credit or debit card to hand. You will be asked to pay a 10% deposit at the time of booking, and you will also need a valid email address so that we can send you the relevant documentation to confirm your booking. It is also possible to pay the entire balance over the phone instead of the 10% deposit (this facility is not available with online booking). |
