Booking online using a credit or debit card is quick and hassle free.  However, should you wish to book by phone, then please get in touch as detailed below.

To book by phone call our UK number 020 3286 1040 or from the Republic of Ireland 0044 20 3286 1040 (calls charged at standard UK rate).  Our out of season opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 3pm UK and Ireland time.  If you call outside these hours then please leave a message on the voicemail service provided.  Rest assured that we promise to answer all calls within a maximum of 24 hours.  If you call within office hours but are unable to get through then it is likely that the lines are busy, so either leave a message or try again a short time later.

If you are calling to make a reservation, please ensure that you have your credit or debit card to hand.  You will be asked to pay a 10% deposit at the time of booking, and you will also need a valid email address so that we can send you the relevant documentation to confirm your booking.  It is also possible to pay the entire balance over the phone instead of the 10% deposit (this facility is not vailable with online booking).
